Solution:

Animated explainer that had customers say "oh, now I get it"

Challenge:

On-demand user guide and troubleshooting for a large provincial client with a large number of product users who had to be trained 

Solution:

A video explainer by one of the technicians, developed with the service and engineering department, demonstrating the full use cycle.

Challenge:

Engaging social media content that is easy to watch and deliver value to customers, without being too "salesy"

Challenge:

Develop content in a highly regulated industry that is engaging and informative

Solution:

The use of informative carousels resulted in a five fold growth in average post engagement from 3-5% to 15-30%.

Overall engagement on social media across all posts rose from an average of 6 engagements per post to and average of 18 engagements per post.
